• Usage data — Pages visited, features used, credit consumption, and interactions with the platform for analytics and improvement purposes.
• Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

• To provide and operate the Resume Inspector platform, including AI-powered resume tailoring, match scoring, and document generation.
• To process your subscription and credit purchases.
• To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support inquiries.

4. AI Processing

Your resume content and job descriptions are processed by AI models (Amazon Bedrock / Anthropic Claude) to generate tailored documents and match scores. This data is sent securely for processing and is not used to train third-party AI models. We do not share your personal content with other users.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including authenticated API access, rate limiting, and Firebase App Check to protect against unauthorized access and abuse.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and database.
• Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — AI model processing.
• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Google Analytics — Anonymized usage analytics.
• Mixpanel — Product analytics.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention purposes. A minimal record (email hash) may be retained to prevent abuse of introductory credit offers.
